There are a few things to try to resolve internet issues:
Restart your modem/router
This is the device the internet company gave you to provide you with internet. It usually has a number of lights on it that indicate status such as "Power" "Online" "Internet". Simply unplug this device from the wall, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in. This is also known as Power Cycling.
Restart your phone, computer, or tablet. For a windows PC go to the windows icon and there will be a power symbol that allows you to restart. Apple computers you will click the apple icon on the top left and then select Restart. For android and apple devices there are links below for how to perform this:
Turn your phone or computer to airplane mode and then turn airplane mode off.
Check to see if there is an outage in your area

If these have not resolved your problems then call your internet provider and report the issue
